Kahler Slater partnered with the Oshkosh Community YMCA and Gro Development to transform the organization’s aging Downtown Branch into a vibrant, community-focused wellness center. The phased renovation and expansion introduced modern fitness, childcare, aquatics, and gathering spaces designed to better serve the thousands of members and families who visit the facility each day.
